Tiny's Room Decor Policy
Booking
Bookings must be made at least 6 days in advance. If setup is needed within less than 6 days, a rush fee will be applied. Bookings are not confirmed until your retainer fee has been made. Tiny's Tasty Treats does not book hotel rooms, Airbnb venues, yachts, etc., nor do we check in for clients. Please be aware that you must book and check into your hotel/Airbnb before we decorate. Only exception is an Airbnb that offers self-check in. Client is responsible for reading and signing the contract before any form of payment is made.

Deposits/Payment
A 50% nonrefundable retainer fee is needed to secure your decoration service booking. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before setup, with reminder sent via text and email. Payments are accepted through Zelle, Cashapp, and invoice pay (service fees apply); cash is not accepted. Failure to pay balance within will result in a $10 late payment fee (no same day payments). We require a 50% nonrefundable retainer fee to secure your booking date and time for your setup. Your remaining balance will be due at least 48 hours before your scheduled setup time/date. A reminder will be sent via text and email for your final payment. Failure to pay remaining balance at least 48 hours before setup time/date will result in a $10 late payment fee (no same day payments). If the balance is not paid in full the day of your booking, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be forfeiting your nonrefundable retainer fee. Zelle, cashapp, & invoice pay (small fee) only. Cash is not accepted.

Room Setup (hotel/Airbnb/house/yacht/club section)
Any parking fees that apply must be covered by client for Tiny's Tasty Treats. It is the client's responsibility to ensure we have access to the room/area we will be setting up. For hotel decor, the client can list our name under the reservation (desired protocol) and we’ll pick up a key at the front desk or we can coordinate to meet up for access to setup area. After completion, we will leave the key in the room or at the front desk. For an Airbnb with keycode, you can provide access code provide code at least 24 hours in advance.

Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes will incur a late fee of $30. After 30 minutes, booking will be cancelled. The desired space being decorated must be clean or cleaned by housekeeping prior to our arrival. Tiny's Tasty Treats will not provide room decor services if room is not clean. If room/space is dirty upon arrival, your booking may be cancelled and payment will be forfeited.
​Setup usually takes 1.5-3 hours+, depending on the size of the area, the package of choice, and add-ons if selected. You do not need to be present during rooms set up (client nor any guest are permitted in room/space while being decorated), so we suggest you plan to be out of the room maybe out to eat or movies during time slot. Tiny's Tasty Treats is not responsible for room clean up and the fees that might be associated with your setup unless you booked the cleaning service as an add-on at the time of booking. If you are booking "Next day cleaning " add-on, you must be willing to leave your hotel/Airbnb for an hour the following day. Tiny's Tasty Treats is not responsible for any injuries caused within your booking location as a result of our decorations.​

Last Minute Booking
If room decor is needed within less than 6 days, an additional fee of $75 will be applied. $100 for same day bookings . Last minute booking must be in full and is nonrefundable.

Cancellations/Refunds
If you need to cancel for any reason, you must cancel at least 72 hours before scheduled set up date/time to transfer your 50% nonrefundable retainer fee to a future date (within 90 days only). If you cancel less than 72 hours before scheduled set up date/time, you will be forfeiting your nonrefundable retainer fee & there will be a $50 rebooking fee.

Do you offer refunds?All sales/payments are final and nonrefundable. In the event of a cancellation, store credit will be an option ONLY if the order is canceled at least 24 hours before scheduled pick-up/delivery time. If ordered items(s) has already been started, you will not qualify for store credit. ​ Custom products and orders cannot be returned. All sales/orders are final.

Do you accept cash?I do not accept cash. The forms of payment I do accept are Square, Zelle, & Cashapp.

Can I pay the day of my pick up/delievery day?All orders must be paid in full to secure your order. If you are wanting a rush order (less than 2 days in advance, please DM (@tinystastytreats) or text (786.248.1620) for more information.

Does Tiny's Tasty Treats book hotels, Airbnbs, sections, yachts, etc?We only provide decoration and recommendations. You must book & check in to your hotel or Airbnb before we provide set up services. Also make sure we have access to desired space needing decor.

Do I (the client) have to be present during set up?No, you do not need to be present during room set up (client is not allowed in room/space while being decorated), so we suggest you plan to be out of the room maybe out to eat or movies during time slot. You will receive a text once the room is complete.

Who cleans up?Client is responsible for cleanup of decorations. You can add on our clean up service during booking request if needed.
