Treats Policy
Placing Order
All items are made to order. Meaning nothing is on hand unless posted otherwise.
All orders must be placed at least 2-4 days in advance. (If needing a rush order, please DM/text me). Party Packages, Themed Treats, & Large orders must be placed at least 1 week in advance. (If needing a rush order, please DM/text me).
To confirm & secure your order, it must be paid in full. All payments are non-refundable, Party packages/ Large orders require a deposit of 50% upon booking. The remainder is due 48 hours prior to the date your order is needed.
Pick Up/ Delivery
The person picking up or receiving the order, must be listed on the order form. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective. Tiny's Tasty Treats is not liable for any order after it has been picked up or delivered and signed off for.

Cancellations/Refunds
In the event of a cancellation, store credit will be an option ONLY if the order is canceled at least 24 hours before scheduled pick-up/delivery time. All payments are non-refundable. If ordered items(s) has already been started, you will not qualify for store credit.
Custom products and orders cannot be returned. All sales/orders are final.

Decor Service Policy
Booking
Bookings must be made at least 7 days in advance. Request submitted with less than 7 days notice may be accepted based on availability and are subject to a rush fee.
Bookings are not confirmed until your contract has been signed and the required payment has been received.
Clients are responsible for securing and confirming their event location prior to booking . Tiny's Tasty Treats does not reserve hotels, Airbnbs, residences, yachts, venues, parks, beaches, rooftops, club sections, or any other event space on behalf of our clients.
Please ensure your selected location permits decorations and any planned setup items. Tiny's Tasty Treats is not responsible for location restrictions, permits, or venue policies that prohibit balloons, candles, arches, or other decor.
Deposits & Payments
A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your booking date and time.
The remaining balance is due 48 hours before your scheduled setup. A payment reminder will be sent via text and emaill.
Failure to submit the remaining balance by the due date will result in a $10 late fee. Same day payments are not accepted. If payment is not received before your scheduled setup, your bookingmay be canceled, your retainer will be forfeited, and a $50 rebooking fee will apply.
Accepted payment methods include Zelle, Cash App, and Invoice payment (processing fee applies). Cash is not accepted.
Location Access
It is the client's responsibility to ensure Tiny's Tasty Treats has timely access to the scheduled setup location.
This includes providing any necessary reservation information, room keys, gate codes, access codes, marina details, parking instructions, guest authorization, or other required entry information before the scheduled setup time.
For hotels, clients may add Tiny's Tasty Treats as an authorized guest (preferred) or coordinate a meeting for access. Airbnb self check in access codes must be provided at least 24 hours before setup.
Any parking fees required for setup are the client's responsibility.
Setup Requirements
Setup times vary depending on your selected package, event size, location, and add-ons, but generally require 1-3+ hours.
Client and guests are not permitted in the setup area while decorating is in progress. We recommend scheduling another activity during your setup window.
The setup location must be clean, accessible, and ready upon our arrival. Tiny's Tasty Treats reserves the right to refuse or cancel services if the location is not suitable for setup. If the area is is excessively dirty, inaccessible, or housekeeping has not been completed when applicable, your booking may be canceled and all payments will be forfeited.
For yacht bookings, clients should be aware that setup time may be affected by back to back charters. We recommend allowing additional charter time whenever possible to ensure a smooth setup experience.
Cleanup & Decorations
Tiny's Tasty Treats is responsible for setup only unless a cleanup service has been purchased as an add-on.
Clients who purchase the Next Day Cleaning add-on must allow access to the decorated space for approximately one hour the following day.
Clients are responsible for returning the location to its original conditions and for any cleaning or damage fees charged by the property or venue. Tiny's Tasty Treats is not responsible for venue cleaning fees or damages caused after setup has been completed.
Late Access
If access to the setup location is delayed by more than 15 minutes, a $30 late fee will apply.
Delays of 30 minutes or more may result in cancellation of services without refund.
Rush Bookings
Bookings requested with less than 7 days notice are considered rush bookings and are subject to availability.
Rush fees vary depending on the amount of notice provided, and rush bookings require full payment at the time of booking.
Cancellations& Rescheduling
The 50% retainer is non-refundable.
Bookings canceled at least 48 hours before the scheduled set up may transfer the retainer to one new booking date within 90 days, subject to availability.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled setup will forfeit the retainer. A $50 rebooking fee will apply if a new booking date is requested.

Please note that the design process may take up to 3-5 business days (excluding weekends). Shipping times vary on location and may take an additional 2-5 business days once your order has been completed and shipped.
Payment Policy
Orders under $100 must be paid in full & payments are non-refundable. Orders totaling over $100 require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your order. The remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to the scheduled pickup, delivery, or shipping date.
No work will begin until the required payment has been received.
Pick Up/ Delivery/ Shipping
The individual picking up or receiving the order, must be listed on the order form.
Please inspect your order upon pick up or delivery. Any concerns regarding your order must be reported immediately. Tiny's Tasty Treats is not liable for any order after it has been picked up or delivered and signed off for.
Please be aware that once your order has been shipped, we are no longer responsible for any delays, damages, or lost packages that may occur during transit. A tracking number will be provided to you so that you may monitor your shipment. All packages require a signature by authorized merchant. Any issues that may arise after package has been handed off to postal carrier must be resolved directly with them.
